Mercy Line
A crazy man escapes from a local asylum and seeks refuge in a house where the owners are unaware of their intruder. Meanwhile across town Steve Harris is beginning his night shift at Mercy Line, a call centre for people with emotional problems.
Even though Steve in fully trained in taking these types of calls, he is not trained for the call he gets tonight.
