- Davide Scalenghe started his career at CNN International. After a stint at TimeOut, he moved to NYC and worked at MTV International, producing chart shows for Europe and Japan. He quickly became the point-person in London for all US productions, working on shows such as The Osbournes, the MTV Europe Music Awards, VH1 Bands Reunited, TRL and All Things Rock. He left MTV to produce the award-winning hit show of 2003, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy (UK and US), and supervised the international productions. In 2005, Davide became Managing Director of Chunky Punch Productions, where he immediately won a commission for Sony Picture Television International’s flagship show, Snaparazzi, for their global brand AXN, and successfully created and EP’d the series on the Sky Italia platform.
Davide now manages the VC2 (Viewer Created Content) Outreach department at Current TV.
